Course description:

This online course is seen as the industry standard and is for anyone who handles, prepares, cooks and serves food in a setting.

The course is split into a variety of chapters with a short video on each chapter and a quick test to check your progress.

Each chapter focuses on a different area of food hygiene including:

  • Food poisoning
  • Personal hygiene
  • Cleaning and disinfection

Level 2 is the course NDNA strongly recommend as the minimum requirement for anybody working in the food industry.
