This network meeting is an opportunity for leaders and managers to explore the different skills and knowledge that are essential in leading and developing a setting. The session will enable leaders and managers to discuss and share ideas and examples of good practice in leading your setting. This session will explore all aspects of Safeguarding monitoring in the setting. 

Outcomes:

• To better reflect on practice in your setting 
• To understand the importance of challenging practice 
• To be able to understand why action planning and record keeping is important 
• To be able to measure impact from safeguarding training
