Join us for our Leaders & Managers Network Meeting - a relaxed, supportive space where you can connect with other leaders, share experiences, and explore the skills that help your setting grow and thrive. Each session will focus on a different aspect of leadership, giving you fresh ideas and practical inspiration to take back to your team.

This session focuses on staff wellbeing - how we support our teams, create a healthy working environment, and build a culture where everyone feels valued and able to do their best.

Outcomes:

  • Thinking about how your setting currently supports staff wellbeing

  • Recognising the signs and risks of staff burnout

  • Exploring simple, practical strategies to manage workload and reduce unnecessary pressure

  • Embedding reflective practice as a way to build emotional resilience and self awareness

  • Creating organisational systems that support clarity, fairness, and efficient working

  • Helping staff develop skills in organising and prioritising tasks

  • Understanding how staff wellbeing impacts practice, team morale, and overall performance
