This course will help participants to gain an understanding of the principles of leadership and management, identify quality practice based on the Ofsted’s grade descriptors and to link practice to principles

Outcomes:

• To enable participants to reflect on their leadership style
• To reflect and review management systems
• To identify their own characteristics, skills and attitudes of leaders and identify areas for future development
