Course description:

It is well understood that children’s attentions skills are important for all aspects of learning, language and play development.

We would like to offer early years professionals working in nursery and school settings in Salford the opportunity to develop their understanding and practice in improving children’s attention skills.

Outcomes:

This training package supports practitioners to:

  • Increase their understanding of children’s attention skills and how they develop in the first six years.
  • Set up and run a small group intervention for children in their setting.

Course length:

90 minutes

Pre-course requirements:

Any staff member in an early years setting.

Numbers:

Two people per setting
