Potty Training e-learning for Early Years Practitioners

All Early Years Practitioners 

Course description

The course covers:

• Preparing for potty training
• Encouraging practice and stopping nappies
• Supporting children with additional needs
• Children with additional needs

At the end of each module there are six questions to answer. Get all the questions right to gain a certificate, to show you’ve completed the course. Please send a screenshot of this certificate to trainingforstartinglifewell@salford.gov.uk so that we can record that you have completed it. 

You will also be asked several questions at the beginning and end of the course, so that we can evaluate the effectiveness of the training, and the impact it may have had on your practice

Outcomes

• By adopting a consistent approach to potty training across Salford, we can better support families and improve outcomes for children.

Course length

The course is an E-learning online course with four short modules (around 15 minutes each).
