Course description

Solution circles are a short, structured tool to discuss a problem as a group and generate some possible solutions. It helps the individual or setting presenting the problem to become ‘unstuck’ through working together and drawing on the skills, knowledge and ideas of the group. It can be a helpful way to share ideas and good practice.

Outcomes

  • To generate possible solutions to problems within practice and come away with different ideas to try
  • To feel less “stuck” within a problem by drawing on the ideas and experiences of others working in the sector
  • To create links with other settings/ professionals and share good practice
