The course is designed to empower all wraparound staff to confidently understand behaviour.
It goes beyond behaviour management techniques to explore the underlying reasons behind children’s behaviour.
As well as supporting strategies to help manage challenging behaviour this course also helps you develop a culture and ethos of brilliant behaviour.
This course is online, interactive and accessed at providers convenience. Course length is approximately two to three hours and has six modules.
