Complaints Case Manager

As part of our Complaints team, you’ll resolve customer complaints, ensuring a great customer experience.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Acting as first point of contact in the complaints process.
  • Communicating with customers throughout the complaints process.
  • Responding to complaints at stage 1 of the complaints process.
  • Making sure promises are fulfilled within agreed timescales

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone who is immediately available, with these skills:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Complaint handling experience.
  • Great communications, both verbal and written.
  • Experience within social housing would be ideal.
