Job description

We’re looking for an individual to join our internal maintenance service working in our customers homes across the city of Salford and Greater Manchester on a working pattern between the hours of 8am to 7pm and Saturday 9am to 4.30pm.

You will be an experienced Multi skilled Joiner qualified to at least NVQ level 2, be able to carry out all aspects of carpentry and joinery work, including wall panelling, fencing, windows and associated making good, including patch plastering, plumbing or wet trades to the minimum multi-skill standard. You will have experience in identifying asbestos and recording work on a PDA.

The ideal candidate will have social housing experience, be used to working alone and be used to recording work on a PDA. In return we offer a competitive salary and an excellent benefits package and a 38-hour working week.
