The role is within our Repairs Team who provide reactive repairs across Salford and some areas of Greater Manchester. 

You will have direct responsibility for the planning, admin and systems functions and working closely with key stakeholders across the business.

The role will be working on a rota basis covering shift patterns from 8am to 7pm and Saturdays providing manager support. The late shifts and Saturday shifts will be approximately one every six weeks with a day off in Lieu of the week when working a Saturday.

What we’re looking for:

This role would suit someone who has excellent written and verbal skills, takes pride in their work and is passionate about customer service. Experience working within a housing association repairs team previously is not necessary but would be a desirable quality. We need someone who can remain empathetic and professional no matter what circumstances with which they are faced.

You should have experience working within a customer-facing role, and being experienced in planning work would be beneficial.

As every day is different you should be able to manage your workload independently and effectively and be happy to meet changing demands and priorities on a regular basis.
