Resident Experience Team Member

Salary: £24,000 to £26,000 per annum

Location: Angel Gardens M4 4WD

We’re looking for a friendly, proactive team member to help create a great living experience for our residents. You’ll handle day-to-day resident support; help run community events and keep the property looking and feeling its best.

What you’ll do:

• Support residents and resolve issues.
• Help organise and run events.
• Keep the property tidy and well-maintained.
• Respond to feedback and reviews.
• Communicate with residents and internal teams.
• Ensure prompt and effective responses to resident questions, requests, google reviews and feedback. Assist with managing and maintaining apartments to ensure a seamless and enjoyable living experience for everyone.
