Safeguarding adults

Our online portal services will be unavailable from Friday 25 July to Sunday 27 July 2025. This is so essential maintenance can be carried out.

On Friday 25 July, between 8.30am and 4.30pm, if you need to report a safeguarding concern, please do so by phoning 07745 209 480.

At other times during this period, if you need to report a safeguarding concern, you can contact the emergency duty service on 0161 794 8888 or minicom 0161 793 3303.

Are you being abused?

  • deliberately misunderstood, shouted at - psychological abuse
  • hit, pinched, handled roughly - physical abuse
  • touched where you do not want to be touched - sexual abuse
  • ignored, left in soiled or wet clothing - neglect

Are you having

  • your money stolen, your pension cashed and bills not paid? - financial abuse

Nobody should do any of these things to you. Even people who are supporting or caring for you.
