Guidance notes for suppliers

• Supplier to ensure their material and processes are fully compliant with all relevant legislation eg Specification for Highway works, WRAP Protocol, SROH.
• Supplier to arrange testing with independent UKAS accredited laboratory.
• Supplier to submit WRAP compliant Quality Protocol and UKAS test results to lee.lacking@salford.gov.uk
• Final version of the Suppliers Quality Protocol and UKAS test results to be submitted to the Sustainability and Innovations Group for verification.
• Once the material is verified the relevant members will be notified and documentation published on the Sustainability and Innovations Group web page.
