Traffic regulation order: Birkdale Grove and Vicarage Grove

Salford City Council proposes to make the following Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. 

The title and effect of the Order is as follows:

City of Salford (Birkdale Grove/Vicarage Grove, Eccles) (Limited Waiting Parking and Loading Bay) Order 2026 

Limited Waiting Parking Place, Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm, 30 minutes, no return within one hour on:

Birkdale Grove 

• East side from a point 30m south of the southern extended kerb line of Vicarage Grove, in a southerly direction for 24m. 

Goods only Loading/Unloading at all Times on: 

Birkdale Grove

• East side by from a point 16 metres south of the southern extended kerbline of Vicarage Grove for a distance of 14 metres. 

Existing Orders are to be amended so as to be consistent with the proposals .The proposed documents may be examined at Swinton Gateway, 100 Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 6BP, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm. Details can be viewed online on this page.
