Traffic regulation order: Bowker Street, Chapelfield Drive and Hilton Lane

Salford City Council proposes to make the following order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order will be to introduce the following:

City of Salford (Bowker Street, Chapelfield Drive and Hilton Lane, Walkden South) (Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2026

No waiting at any time:

Bowker Street

  • both sides, from its junction with the south-easterly extended kerbline of Hilton Lane for 10m south-easterly. 

Chapelfield Drive

  • both sides, from its junction with the south-easterly extended kerbline of Hilton Lane for 10m south-easterly. 

Hilton Lane

  • east side, from the north-eastern extended kerbline of Bowker Street for 10m north-easterly
  • east side, from the south-western extended kerbline of Bowker Street for 10m south-westerly
  • east side, from the south-western extended kerbline of Chapelfield Drive for 10m south-westerly.
