Bugle Close

Salford City Council proposes to make the following orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Road Traffic Exemptions (Special Forces) (Variation and Amendment) Regulations 2011.

Prohibition of waiting 

Proposed no waiting at any time on:

  • Bugle Close - north east side from its junction with the south eastern kerbline of Fenney Street in a south easterly direction for a distance of 25m. South western side from its junction with the south eastern kerbline of Fenney Street in a south easterly direction for a distance of 10m.
  • Fenney Street - south east side from its junction with the south western kerbline of Bugle Close in a south westerly direction for a distance of 10m. South east side from its junction with the north eastern kerbline of Bugle Close in a north easterly direction for a distance of 10m.

Introduction of 20 mph speed limit

The order shall be to prohibit any person from driving any motor vehicle at a speed exceeding 20 mph on the following roads for their entire length unless otherwise stated:

  • Bugle Close 

Existing orders have been amended to be consistent with the proposals. A copy of the proposed order, a plan of the area and a statement of the council's reasons for proposing to make the order may be examined at Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 5DA, 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
