Traffic regulation order: Carlton Street

Salford City Council proposes to make the following order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

City of Salford (Carlton Street, Eccles) (Residents Parking (Order 2016) (Amendment No. 3) Order 2025 

The effect of the proposed order will be to amend the previous order - (Salford City Council (Algernon Street Area, Eccles) (Residents Parking) Order 2016) making the following properties eligible for a Resident’s Parking Permit:

Carlton Street:

  • property numbers 2-16.

Existing orders are to be amended so as to be consistent with the proposals. A copy of the proposed order, plan, and the statement of the council's reasons for proposing to make the above order can be viewed online on this page.

The proposed documents may be examined at Swinton Gateway, 100 Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 6BP, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. If you wish to object to the proposed order, you should send the grounds of your objection in writing to Fiona Ledden, City Solicitor: PO Box 532, Town Hall, Manchester, M60 2LA or phlegal@manchester.gov.uk by 24 November quoting reference L/VMU/SCC006/01351
