Proposed Prohibition of Waiting and 20mph Speed Limit Order

Notice is hereby given that Salford City Council proposes to make an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. 

The proposed order seeks to introduce ‘No waiting at any time’ on:

Cassidy Way:

Both sides from the North Eastern kerbline of B5231 in north easterly direction for 22m.

Leander Close

South Western side and turning head from the North Western kerbline of Leach Drive in a North Westerly, South Westerly, North Westerly, North Easterly, and South Easterly direction for 100 metres (including the turning head)

Northern side from North Western kerbline of Leach Drive in a North Westerly direction for 10 metres.

Leach Drive

North Western side from the South Western kerbline of Leander Close in a South Westerly direction for 8 metres. North Western side and turning head from the North Eastern kerbline of Leander Close in a North Easterly, North Westerly, northerly, easterly and South Westerly direction for 90 metres (including the turning head).

Handyside Close

North Western side and turning head from the North Eastern kerbline of Ernest Ave in a North Eastern direction, North Westerly, Northerly, South Easterly, and South Westerly direction for 98 metres (including the turning head). South Eastern side from the North Eastern kerbline of Ernest Ave in a North Easterly direction for 10 metres.

Ernest Ave

North Eastern side from point 9 metres North West from the North Western kerbline of Handyside Close in a South Eastern direction for 27 metres.

A copy of the proposed Order together with the plan and a statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined at Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 5DA, between 8.30am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays..
