Salford City Council proposes to make the following Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The title and effects of the Order is as follows:

City of Salford (Oswald Close, Tabley Street and Union Street, Pendleton and Charlestown Area, Salford) (Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2025 

The Order will introduce the following restrictions: 

No Waiting At Any Time on: 

Tabley Street

• Both sides, from a point six metres north from the northern extended kerbline of Tabley Street to its junction with Oswald Close. 

Oswald Close

• Both sides, from a point 12 metres north from the northern extended kerbline of Tabley Street to its junction with Union Street. 

Union Street

• East and west side, from its junction with Oswald Close to the northern extended kerbline of Union Street.
• South side, from its western cul-de-sac end for a distance of 24 metres in an easterly direction. West side, from its southern kerbline for a distance of five metres in a northerly direction. 

Copies of the proposed Orders, plans of the area and statement of the council's reasons for proposing to make the above Orders may be examined at Swinton Gateway, 100 Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 6BP, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.
