Devonshire Road

Salford City Council proposes to make the following order (Devonshire Road and Chadwick Road, Salford) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Revocation) Order 2021 under the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984.

The effect of the proposed order will be to introduce the following provisions:

No waiting at any time on:

Chadwick Road

• North side from 10m
• West of Devonshire Road to 10m east of Devonshire Road.

Devonshire Road

• West side from Chadwick Road for 10m northerly
• West side from 63m north of Chadwick Road northerly to its cul-de-sac end
• East side from Chadwick Road northerly for its entire length and around the cul-de-sac end

No waiting Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm

Devonshire Road

• West side, from 10m north of Chadwick Road for 53m northerly.

An existing order will be revoked to consolidate restrictions.

A copy of the proposed order together with the plan showing the proposals and a statement of the council's reasons for proposing to make the order may be inspected at Swinton Gateway, 100 Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 6BP Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.
