Salford City Council proposes to make Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the titles and effects of which are as follows:

City of Salford (Douglas Green, Pendleton and Charlestown) (Restricted Parking Zone) Order 2026

Restricted Parking Zone (No Waiting and No Loading At Any Time Except In Signed Bays):

Douglas Green

• from 12m north east of the northern extended kerbline of Whit Lane to Lockett Street.

Loading/unloading parking places:

Douglas Green

• south east side from 49m north east of the northern extended kerbline of Whit Lane for 16m north easterly width 2 metres throughout.

Limited waiting parking places:

Douglas Green

• south east side from 12m north east of the northern extended kerbline of Whit Lane for 37m north easterly, width 1.8m throughout

• south east side from 74m north east of the northern extended kerbline of Whit Lane for 15m north easterly, width 1.8m throughout.

One way traffic:

Douglas Green

• from 12m north east of the northern extended kerbline of Whit Lane to Lockett Street – permitted direction: north-easterly.
