Dun Close and Mayan Avenue

Salford City Council proposes to make the following Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. 

The title and effect of the Order is as follows:

City of Salford (Dun Close and Mayan Avenue, Blackfriars and Trinity) (Prohibition of Waiting and Amendment) Order 2025 

No Waiting at Any Time on:

Dun Close

  • North west side, from the projected southwest kerbline of Mayan Avenue for 6m south-westerly direction
  • South east side from the projected southwest kerbline of Mayan Avenue for a distance of 43 metres in a south-westerly direction to the midpoint of the cul-de-sac end 

Mayan Avenue 

  • South west side, from 5.2m north west of the north-westerly projected kerbline of Dun Close, to a point 4.5m south east of the south-easterly projected kerbline of Dun Close. 

An Existing Order is to be amended so as to be consistent with the proposals.
