Salford City Council proposes to make the following Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
City of Salford (Ellis Street, Choir Street and Bramley Street Broughton) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting) Order 2025
The effect of the Order will be to introduce:
No Waiting at Any Time on:
Ellis Street:
- Both sides, from the projected northeast kerbline of Broughton Lane for a distance of 10 metres in a northeasterly direction
- Northwest side, from a point 10 metres northeast of the northeasterly projected kerbline of Choir Street, to a point 13.7 metres southwest of the southwesterly projected kerbline of Choir Street.
Choir Street:
- Both sides, from the projected northwesterly kerbline of Ellis Street for a distance of 10 metres in a northwesterly direction
- Both sides, from the projected southeast kerbline of Bramley Street for a distance of 10 metres in a southeasterly direction.
Bramley Street:
- Southeast side, from a point 10 metres northeast of the northeasterly projected kerbline of Choir Street, to a point 10 metres southwest of the southwesterly projected kerbline of Choir Street
- Both sides, from the projected northeast kerbline of Broughton Lane for a distance of 10 metres in a northeasterly direction.
No Waiting Sunday 9am to 12pm:
Ellis Street:
- Northwest side, from a point 10 metres northeast of the northeasterly projected kerb line of Broughton Lane for a distance of 20.4 metres in a northeasterly direction.
