Traffic regulation order: Grecian Street

Salford City Council proposes to make the following order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984:

City of Salford (Grecian Street, and Surrounding Area) Prohibition of Waiting, Prohibition of Waiting on Footway and Limited Waiting Parking Place) Order 2025

The effect of the Order will be to introduce the following:

No waiting at any time:

Camp Street: northwest side, from the easterly projected kerbline of Grecian Street for a distance of 10 metres in a north easterly direction.

Grecian Street:

  1. West side from the projected north westerly kerbline of Camp Street for a distance of 5.5 metres in a northerly direction
  2. East side from the projected northwest kerbline of Camp Street for a distance of 10 metres in a northerly direction
  3. West side, from a point 3.6 metres south of the south easterly projected kerbline of Neptune Gardens to a point 10 metres north of the north westerly projected kerbline of Neptune Gardens
  4. West side, from a point 10 metres southeast of the southerly projected kerbline of Trojan Gardens to a point 10 metres northwest of the northerly projected kerbline of Trojan Gardens.

Neptune Gardens: both sides, from the projected westerly kerbline of Grecian Street for a distance of 5 metres in a westerly direction.

Trojan Gardens: both sides, from the projected westerly kerbline of Grecian Street for a distance of 10 metres in a westerly direction.  

No waiting at any time on footway:

Grecian Street: westside from a point 5.5 metres north of the projected northwest kerbline of Camp Street in a northerly direction for a distance of 16.8 metres.

Limited waiting parking place Monday To Sunday 8am to 6pm, no return within 2 hours waiting limited to 1 hour: 

Grecian Street: westside from a point 5.5 metres north of the projected northwest kerbline of Camp Street in a northerly direction for a distance of 16.8 metres having a width of 2.0m throughout.
