Greenleach Lane and Lumber Lane area

Salford City Council proposes to make City of Salford (Greenleach Lane, Lumber Lane And Roe Green Area, Salford) 2022 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order will be to introduce:

No Waiting at Any Time on:

Mulgrave Road

  • Both sides from the north eastern extended kerb line of Greenleach Lane in a north easterly direction for 17 metres.
  • North western side from a point 10 metres south west of the south western extended kerb line of Glen Avenue, to a point 10 metres north east of the north eastern extended kerb line of Glen Avenue.

Glen Avenue

  • Both sides from the northern western extended kerb line of Mulgrave Road, in a north westerly direction for 10 metres.

Greenleach Lane

  • North eastern side from the south eastern extended kerb line of Mulgrave Road in a south easterly direction for 22 metres.

Roe Green

  • Eastern side from the north eastern extended kerb line of Greenleach Lane, in a northerly direction for 17 metres.
  • Western side from the north eastern extended kerb line of Greenleach Lane, in a northerly direction for 11.5 metres.

Summerfield Road

  • Western side and around the turning head from a point 16 metres south west of the south western extended kerb line of Greenleach Lane for 93 metres in a south-westerly, south easterly and northerly direction around the turning head.

Mesne Lea Grove

  • Both sides from the southeast extended kerb line of Lumber Lane, in a south easterly direction for 10 metres.

Lumber Lane

  • Northern side from a point 4 metres east of the north-eastern extended kerb line of Mesne Lea Grove, in an easterly direction for 13.5 metres.
  • South-eastern side from the north-eastern extended kerb line of Mesne Lea Grove, in an easterly direction for 15 metre.

A copy of the order and plan will be available for inspection at Swinton Gateway, 100 Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 6BP, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm inclusive.
