Lynton Road/Lowry Drive/Station Road

Notice is hereby given that Salford City Council proposes to make an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. 

The effect of the order will be to introduce: 

No waiting at any time on: 

Lynton Road

  • South side, from the south easterly kerbline of Station Road in a south easterly direction for a distance of ten metres.
  • North side, from the south easterly kerbline of Station Road in a south easterly direction for a distance of ten metres.
  • North side, from the westerly kerbline of Lynton Avenue in a north westerly direction for a distance of five metres. 

Station Road

  • South east side, from a point ten metres south west from the extended southerly kerbline of Lowry Drive to a point five metres north east from the extended northerly kerbline of Lowry Drive. 

Lowry Drive

  • South side from its junction with Station Road for a distance of ten metres in a south easterly direction.
  • North side, from its junction with Station Road for a distance of 22 metres in a south easterly direction. 

No Waiting – Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm

Lynton Road 

  • North side, from a point ten metres south east from the south easterly kerbline of Station Road to a point five metres north west from the westerly kerbline of Lynton Avenue. 

Existing orders have been amended to be consistent with the proposals. 

A copy of the proposed order together with the plan and a statement of the council's reasons for proposing to make the order may be examined at Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 5DA, between 8.30am and 5pm from Monday to Friday. 

If you wish to object to the proposed order you should send the grounds of your objection in writing by 7 September 2018 (quoting ref L/TG/OUT1093/654).
