Malvern Grove and Fairhope Avenue

Salford City Council proposes to make an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the proposed order will be to introduce the following provision:

No Waiting At Any Time on:

• Malvern Grove - both sides from north of the north east extended kerbline of its junction with Fairhope Avenue for 10m in a north east direction.
• Fairhope Avenue – north east from a point 10m south of the south east extended kerbline of its junction with Malvern Grove to a point 10m north of the north west extended kerbline with Malvern Grove for 10m in a north west direction.

A copy of the proposed orders together with the plan and a statement of the council's reasons for proposing to make the order may be examined at Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 5DA, between 9am and 4.30pm from Monday to Friday. 

If you wish to object to the proposed order you should send the grounds of your objection in writing by 10 February 2020 (quoting ref STG/OUT1093/792).
