The council of the city of Salford proposes to make the city of Salford (Moorside and Catherine Road, Worsley) (Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2021 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the proposed order will be to introduce the following provision.
Moorside Road – north side from its junction with the extended south east kerbline of Catherine Road in a south east direction for a distance of 27 metres
and
South west side from a point 5 metres south east of the extended south east kerbline of Catherine Road in a north west direction for a distance of 16.4 metres.
Catherine Road - both sides from the south west kerbline of Moorside Road in a south west direction for 8 metres.
A copy of the proposed order, a plan of the area and statement of the council's reasons for proposing to make the above order may be examined at Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 5DA, 9am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday. Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, please ensure that the council office is open before attending.
