Traffic regulation order: Old Wellington Road

Salford City Council proposes to make the following order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. 

City of Salford (Old Wellington Road, Eccles) (Disabled Person’s Parking Place) Order 2026

The effect of the Order will be to introduce the following:

Disabled Person’s Parking Place:

Old Wellington Road

• north east side, from a point 15m north of the northern extended kerbline of Chadwick Road for 15m in a northerly direction, having a width throughout of 2.2m.

An existing Order will be amended so as to be consistent with the proposals. A copy of the proposed Order, the Order it is proposed to amend, the Statement of Reasons, and a plan showing the proposals can be requested by emailing phlegal@manchester.gov.uk or examined in person at Swinton Gateway, 100 Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 6BP, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.
