Peru Street

Salford City Council proposed to make the following Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. 

City of Salford (Peru Street, Blackfriars and Trinity) (Prohibition of Waiting and Amendment) Order 2025

The effect of the proposed Order will be to introduce the following provisions:

No Waiting At Any Time on: 

Peru Street 

  • North side, from the westerly projected kerbline of North George Street, for a distance of 83.8m in a westerly direction.
  • South side, from the westerly projected kerbline of North George Street, for a distance of 10m in a westerly direction.

Existing Orders are to be amended so as to be consistent with the proposals. 
 
A copy of the Order, a plan and the statement of the council’s reasons for proposing to make the above Order will be available for inspection at Swinton Gateway, 100 Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 6BP, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm. Alternatively, copies of the documentation may be requested via the email phlegal@manchester.gov.uk or the postal addresses below.
