Philip Street

Salford City Council proposes to make the following Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The title and effect of the Order is as follows:

City of Salford (Philip Street, Barton and Winton) (Restriction of Waiting) Order 2021

‘No Waiting’ Thursday 8am to 4pm on:

Philip Street 

  • South west side, from a point 64 metres north west from the north westerly extended kerbline of Trafford Road for a distance of 30 metres in a north westerly direction.
  • North east side, from a point 66 metres north west from the north western extended kerbline of Trafford Road for a distance of 20 metres in a north westerly direction.

A copy of the proposed order, plans and statement of the council's reasons for proposing to make the orders and a copy of the order it is proposed to amend may be examined at Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 5DA, 9am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday (due to the COVID-19 restrictions, please ensure that the Civic Centre is open before attending). Alternatively, copies of the documentation may be viewed at Unity House, Swinton, M27 5FJ. The plans will be displayed to the left of the main (and only public) entrance to the building, adjacent to the public car park at the Civic Centre.
