Traffic regulation order: Robert Hall Street and Browfield Avenue

Salford City Council proposes to make the following order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order will be to introduce the following:

City of Salford (Robert Hall Street and Browfield Avenue, Ordsall) (Prohibition of Waiting and Amendment) Order 2026

No waiting at any time:

Robert Hall Street

  1. North east side, from the south easterly projected kerbline of Phoebe Street to 14m south east of the south easterly projected kerbline of Belfort Drive, 
  2. North east side, from 18m north west of the north westerly projected kerbline of Cloughfield Avenue to 29m south east of the south easterly projected kerbline of Cloughfield Avenue, 
  3. South west side, from the south easterly projected kerbline of Phoebe Street to 157m north west of the north westerly projected kerbline of Oldfield Road. 

Browfield Avenue

South west side, from the south easterly projected kerbline of Croydon Court, for 5m south westerly.

Existing Orders shall be amended to be consistent with the proposals. A copy of the proposed Order, the Orders it is proposed to amend, the Statement of Reasons, and a plan showing the proposals can be requested by emailing phlegal@manchester.gov.uk or examined in person at Swinton Gateway, 100 Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 6BP, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.
