Sage Place

No waiting at any time

Notice is hereby given that Salford City Council proposes to make a prohibition of waiting order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. 

The effect of the order is to introduce no waiting at any time on:

  • Highfield Road - eastern side, from its junction with the northerly kerbline (projected) of Sage Place, for a distance of five metres in a northerly direction.
  • Highfield Road - eastern side, from its junction with the westerly kerbline (projected) of Sage Place, for a distance of five metres in a westerly direction.
  • Sage Place - both sides, from its junction with the eastern kerbline (projected) of Highfield Road, for a distance of 25 metres in an easterly direction.
  • Sage Place - east side, from a distance of 40 metres from its junction with the easterly kerbline (projected) Highfield Road for a distance of 40 metres in south easterly, then northerly direction around the cul-de-sac end. 

Existing orders are to be amended so as to be consistent with proposals.

A copy of the proposed order, a plan of the area and statement of the council's reasons for proposing to make the order may be examined at Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 5DA, 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Fridays.
