Stanley Street

Notice is hereby given that Salford City Council proposes to make an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Road Traffic Exemptions (Special Forces) (Variation and Amendment) Regulations 2011.

The proposed order seeks to introduce:

No Waiting and No Loading at Any Time on:

• Stanley Street-North west side, from its junction with Irwell Street in a south easterly direction for its full length.
• South east side, from its junction with Irwell Street in a south easterly direction for a distance of 68 metres.
• South east side, from a point 89 metres south east from its junction with Irwell Street in a south easterly direction for a distance of 18 metres.

Loading Only Parking Place – Monday to Sunday operational 24 hours:

• Stanley Street, south east side, from a point 68 metres from its junction with Irwell Street in a south easterly direction for a distance of 21 metres

A copy of the proposed orders, a plan of the area and a statement of the council's reasons for the proposals may be inspected at Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA during normal office hours.
