Notice is hereby given that Salford City Council proposes to make an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Road Traffic Exemptions (Special Forces) (Variation and Amendment) Regulations 2011. The effect of the proposed order shall be:
To prohibit any person from driving any motor vehicle at a speed exceeding 20mph on the following road for its entire length unless otherwise stated; Chendre Close.
The order will contain exceptions for a vehicle if used for naval, military, or air force purposes.
A copy of the proposed order, together with plans of the area and a statement of the council's reasons for proposing to make the order, may be examined at Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 5DA, between 8.30am and 5.00pm from Monday to Friday inclusive.
