Whitsun Avenue/Lord Street

No waiting at any time

Notice is hereby given that Salford City Council proposes to make an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the proposed order will be to introduce no waiting at any time on: 

Whitsun Avenue

Both sides, from its junction with the southerly kerbline of Lord Street, for a distance of ten metres in a southerly direction. 

Lord Street

South side:

  • from its junction with the westerly kerbline of Whitsun Avenue for a distance of ten metres in a westerly direction; and
  • from its junction with the easterly kerbline of Whitsun Avenue for a distance of ten metres in an easterly direction. 

Existing orders are to be amended so as to be consistent with proposals. 

A copy of the proposed order together with a plan and statement of the council's reasons for proposing to make the order may be examined at Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 5DA, between 8.30am and 5pm from Monday to Friday.
