Frances was an independent officer of the examination and worked on the Planning Inspector’s behalf, organising and managing the administrative and procedural matters of the examination process.
The Programme Officer acted as the point of contact for any person who had an interest in the examination, liaising between the Inspector, Salford City Council and the representors.
