A household survey forms part the housing need assessment. This major housing survey is now taking place across Salford. It is being done by arc4 who are a specialist housing consultancy based in Greater Manchester. The survey will provide up-to-date evidence of the need for different sizes and types of housing including homes to buy and rent. It will also consider the housing needs of older people and those with additional needs.
As part of this research, some households have been contacted to complete an online housing survey. However, anyone living in Salford can take part in the online survey, or call 0800 612 9133 and someone from arc4 can arrange a telephone interview.
The closing date for completing the survey has been extended to 10pm on Tuesday 22 April 2025.
Please note that no-one will be calling at your door to complete the survey.
