We use social media to communicate and share information. Salford City Council uses the social networking sites and profiles listed on this page.

You can also use social media to raise customer service issues, such as missed bin collections, roadworks or flytipping. Please contact @SalfordCCHelp on X (previously Twitter) Monday to Friday from 9am to 4.30pm. Facebook is a social networking website that allows users to join networks organised by city, workplace, school, and region to connect and interact with other people. People can also add friends and send them messages, and update their personal profile to notify friends about themselves.
