Outside normal office hours, including weekends and public holidays, the council's emergency service can be contacted by telephoning 0161 794 8888 or use our contact form.
Please note: emails should only be sent to the out of hours emergency service between the hours of 4.30pm and 8.30am from Monday to Friday, at weekends between 3.30pm on Friday and 8.30am on Monday, or anytime on a public or bank holiday.
