Our business plans

To make sure that we achieve our vision 'Building a fairer, greener, healthier and more inclusive Salford for all' and deliver the priorities in our Corporate Plan, we develop annual Service Group business plans.

The business plans contain actions to deliver on our priorities, risks that may prevent us achieving our objectives and performance indicators that will measure our success. Our 2026-2027 Service Group business plans are available below.
