Play isn’t just fun, it's also the best way for children to learn. By playing your children can practice all the skills they’ll need as they grow. To grow and develop, children need time and attention from someone who’s happy to play with them.

Your child’s brain grows better when you do five simple things that feed the growing brain: respond, cuddle, relax, play and talk. These are your child’s daily five to thrive.

The building blocks for a healthy brain. A healthy brain will help children be happy in themselves, make friends and enjoy their family life, as well as being the best start for learning once they go to school.
