Overview of support offer

Services across Salford have compiled this list of the support offer available to families for the academic year (September 2025 to August 2026).

This guide aims to provide both parents and carers and professionals the overview linked to an areas of need they feel a child may require help and support with. The support offer it describes is that available at the Getting Advice and Getting Help levels of the Thrive Framework. This support can be accessed at any point in time by parents and carers. Where a referral may be required it will state what to do. Most of the support on offer however does not require this and parents / carers are able to access the support independently.

Over the year the support offer may change with additional sessions being added. This provides you with an overview of the offer currently available (September 2025). Any updates to the offer will be made to this page so please do keep checking our website for this information.

The support offer is set out as follows:

  • Information on the area of need the parent / carer may want support with and an overview of what the session involves.
  • The service / team who will deliver the session.
  • How the support can be accessed i.e. via an online booking system, telephone number or referral process. The contact information and clickable links to the relevant booking system are included as hyperlinks.
  • The dates of the sessions for the next year.
