Salford Customer First Team

Tell this team if you have a complaint (a complaint is any problem or service you are getting or trying to get from us, or a problem with things we don't do). You can also tell them if you have a compliment (this is when you feel you have experienced a really good service and someone has helped you), or if you have a comment (this can be to do with any service you have had and any ideas you may have about it).

Each year, our Customer First Service have to write a report on the number of complaints that have been received and explain what Children's Services has done to sort them out. Our third annual report is now available to download. It shows what we have been up to and allows us to share some of our success stories with you.
