The customer service representatives at the ground floor reception can give support and advice on the following services:

• Council tax
• Housing benefits
• Library service
• Disabled parking badges
• Free school meals
• Salford customer account registrations
• Salford Assist application
• School admissions
• Alley gates and Radar keys
• Support with all other council services

The customer service representatives can also assist customers with the following:

• Booking community rooms, email betteroffinbroughton@salford.gov.uk
• Accessing computers
• General building and service enquiries
• Referring complex housing benefit and council tax enquiries to a senior advisor
• Photocopying
• Printing
• Self service
• Digital assistance

Salford Supported Employment Service also holds drop-in sessions at Broughton Hub - check the Supported Employment page for the latest dates and times.

Supported Employment provides people with learning disabilities or autism with specialised employment advice and support to find a job and receive in-work support to sustain work. We work with a wide range of businesses and organisations and provide support to benefit both the employee and employer for as long as needed. We host regular drop-in sessions across Salford where you can come and chat to the team to find out more about the support available.
