The information and advice area on the ground floor is a market place for services who provide a wide range of information and advice to customers:

  • Cloud coffee and chat, have a face to face chat with a member of your locality team via a video call.
  • National Careers Service provides career advice and information on a wide range of jobs and occupations. For more information, telephone 0800 100 900
  • Salford Credit Union is a not-for-profit organisation that offers members an easy way to save and an affordable way to borrow. Telephone 0161 686 5880 for more information.
  • Salix Homes - attend our coffee and chat session every Friday from 10am to 2pm where you can drop in and get any help and advice on a range of housing issues
  • Skills and work is a supportive service that works with unemployed people over the age of 25.
  • The Welfare Rights and Debt Advice service offer free, confidential and independent advice and representation on welfare benefits, tax credits and complex debt issues. To refer yourself or another person, please contact them directly
