The information and advice area on the ground floor is a market place for services who provide a wide range of information and advice to customers:

  • Cloud coffee and chat, have a face to face chat with a member of your locality team via a video call.

  • Salix Homes hold drop in advice sessions on paying your rent every Monday and Thursday between 2pm and 4.30pm
  • Skills and work is a supportive service that works with unemployed people over the age of 25.
  • The Welfare Rights and Debt Advice service offer free, confidential and independent advice and representation on welfare benefits, tax credits and complex debt issues. To refer yourself or another person, please contact them directly
