Wellbeing and welfare

Health improvement

We can help you make lifestyle changes and achieve your goals. You can join our groups to lose weight, stop smoking, get more active, learn to cook, or just meet people, make new friends or learn new hobbies.

Housing

We can help you if you are at risk of becoming homeless, or if you have housing issues and have additional needs such as physical or learning difficulties.

Emergency financial support

We can help you with short term support to buy essential items such as food or provide energy vouchers in a crisis situation.

Benefits and debt

We can help you access advice to ensure you receive the benefits you are entitled to and support you to resolve debt issues. You can also check out the BetterOff Salford website or drop in to a coffee and chat session.
