This will affect many of our online forms, such as reporting a missed bin or a pothole. When you try to access one of the affected forms you will be taken to an offline page.
It will also affect our customer account, which you access via the 'My account' button at the top of every page on our site. The account allows you to manage your council tax and see any benefits you might receive.

The digital assistant facility on these sections of the site is available 24 hours a day. However, the assistant does often refer people to a council officer, this is only available Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 4.30pm. You can access the digital assistant by selecting the following icon in the bottom right of your screen.
You can use our web chat facility on the other sections of our website Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 4.30pm. When one of our officers is available a 'Chat live with us' button will appear in the bottom right of your screen on relevant pages. When there aren't any available officers you will see a 'Live chat unavailable' button.
