Salford Foundation’s Energy Adviser is able to negotiate payment plans for energy arrears, make charitable fund applications to remove fuel debt and advice and assist clients on switching providers in order to maximise household incomes. Also, they may be able to exchange pre-pay gas and electric meters for credit meters, potentially saving a client hundreds of pounds per year.
